Not only did he take amazing photographs, without airbrushing.... Real pictures, but also the way he moulded in perfectly with our operation.

On a lovely sunny day, Carl Mark O'Neill arrived unannounced into Holycross Stores with a camera in his hand.
Carl's hobby on his day off, is to travel by train around the country and photographs Ireland's food producers.
In Tipperary he visited Breda in Cooleeney cheese, who then drove him to Crossogue Preserves. Veronica drove onto us in Holycross Village before I gave him a lift over to Una O'Dwyer in Cashel Fine Foods.
His photographs are beautiful and he has a way of capturing the essence and charm of the country's finest food innovators.
